In 2012, Ellen invited young inventors onto her show so they could demonstrate their latest ideas.
But she had no idea one of the kids would help create one of the most classic Ellen moments of all time.
Ellen met with six-year-old Julian, who came up with the «The Underwater Seer,» a contraption that helps people see things more clearly and close-up underwater, like fish and ocean life.
Julian created the Seer by attaching a magnifying glass and set of binoculars to a pair of standard diving goggles.
Ellen had her producers put a small, shallow kiddie pool on set so Julian could demonstrate his invention for the audience and viewers at home.
