Wolf howls are among the most recognizable and at the same time, the most fearsome sounds in the wild.
These high pitch notes can carry as far as 10 miles, and will certainly leave you covered in chills.
There are many reasons why wolfs howl, but I am not sure that even scientists can explain the one you are about to hear.
This Canadian/Rocky Mountain gray wolf is called Alawa and he is famous at the Wolf Conservation Center in South Salem, New York.
They call him «the lazy howler» and the reason why is his unusual behavior.
